Migration leads to innovation
What is intelligence? I came to migration in research of the biggest challenge an entrepreneur can find. Intelligence is our capacity to adapt. In Australia and Morocco, I met people with refugee and migrant background facing impossible odds who overcame all obstacles on their way and started a company. Their stories inspired me to build an incubator for migration led innovation. The idea is to support incredible entrepreneurs who make their experience of migration, as unexpected or uncertain it can be, a powerful source of energy. They are the most intelligent people I know.
What does the future mean to you ?
The Future of Work is an economy where difference is perceived as an opportunity to learn something. The most successful companies will be otherness diggers who offer meaningful shared experiences. They will look for bridge makers who have the capacity to reach to diverse audiences and connect them.
